-
Who is behind Fauun?
Fauun was founded by Bel Bare, an Australian artist, author, and creative director with a lifelong interest in mysticism, art and storytelling. Her vision is to preserve and re-present esoteric knowledge through a design-conscious lens, bringing arcane wisdom back into everyday reach.
-
Why reprint old spiritual and metaphysical works?
Many of the most influential spiritual and metaphysical books are no longer available in readable, affordable formats. Fauun restores these texts so they can continue to inspire new generations of seekers. We focus on clarity, historical accuracy, and aesthetic integrity — respecting the spirit of the original while ensuring it speaks to modern readers.
-
Are Fauun books authentic to the original editions?
Yes - and no. Each reprint begins with a verified public-domain text, checked for accuracy and completeness. We make only light typographic or layout changes for readability, preserving original language and formatting wherever possible. We may also add front notes and in certain cases may edit certain language that may not be an acceptable reflection of our times. This is rare and will be indicated in the Publisher’s notes.
-
Does Fauun publish new authors?
No. Our focus is primarily on reprints and restoration, but occasionally we collaborate on original works of spiritual, poetic, or esoteric significance that align with Fauun’s mission.
-
What is The Eternal News?
